You’ll be encouraged to be active and go through the tasks and see tangible results, day after day. You’ll be amongst people who understand how you feel and that you can support too. We’re stronger together.

Coaching

Sarah will connect with you live weekly during the live "Back Home Journey." Outside of the journey, she'll offer bi-monthly events to give you tailored and specific support. She’ll drop occasional exclusive videos and workshops to answer all of the questions you may encounter throughout your journey Back Home.
